Premium retailers
A premium retailer is the ultimate award for an OASE retail stockist. They are assessed on a wide range of topics and consistently deliver in the following areas:
- Customer service including after sales care and handling of product warranties
- Excellent staff who are knowledgeable and well trained on OASE products
- Excellent high quality merchandising so the brand is displayed in the correct way at all times
- Carry a wide range of OASE products to ensure the customer can get almost any OASE product when they visit the premium retailer. As a guide a premium retailer should carry at least 30 product ranges
- Have working displays showing OASE products so the customer can be shown the features and benefits of the more technical products
5 star retailers
A 5 star retailer assessed on a wide range of topics and consistently deliver in the following areas:
- Customer service including after sales care and handling of product warranties
- Good staff who are knowledgeable and well trained on OASE products.
- High quality merchandising so the brand is displayed in the correct way at all times.
- Carry a range of OASE products to ensure the customer can get many OASE products when they visit the 5 star retailer.
Authorised retailers
Authorised retailers are also assessed on similar criteria. This category is often filled by those who don’t have the space or customer base to stock as many as 30 different OASE product ranges. They must still show competence and achieve standards as follows:
- Good customer service and after sales service. As well as capability to handle product warranties
- Excellent staff – at least some of which must be fully trained on OASE products
- Good quality merchandising
- Carry at least 17 product ranges to ensure the core OASE products at least are available from stock
