OASE acquires EDEN

Hörstel, 30. April 2013. The OASE Group, with its headquarters in Hörstel, Germany, has acquired EDEN S.r.L. Italy. The aim of this acquisition is to expand the innovation potential of OASE and broaden the Group´s acitivities into the business field of “aquarium products”.The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

For many years EDEN has been known as an esteemed manufacturer of high quality and innovative products in the field of aquarium products and water gardens. With its advanced technology, the products are manufactured in Cartigliano, northern Italy.
