In supplementation, German law applies
for this guarantee in accordance with these
conditions; with exclusion of the United
Nations Convention on Contracts for the
International Sale of Goods (CISG).
In the absence of a deviating agreement, OASE
collects your data exclusively for processing
of the described guarantee, particularly for
assurance of your identity and verification of
the purchase object and the time of purchase.
This data is used solely by OASE and is not
disclosed to any third party.
For all three guarantees, the guarantee period
starts with the initial new product purchase
and is neither extended nor restarted through
guarantee performances on our part; nor do
legal guarantee claims occur on guarantee
performances. The legal warranty itself re-
mains unaffected by the guarantee.
The prerequisite for making a claim under
the guarantee is submission of the original
purchase receipt with the product in question
too

At our discretion, the guarantee claim ex-
tends to, and is restricted to free-of-charge
repair of the liner or resupply of the liner
products cited above in the necessary scope.
Reimbursement of expenses for removal and
installation, inspection, claims for lost profit
and/or compensation for damages are not co-
vered by the guarantee, nor are more exten-
sive claims for damages and losses, regardless
of type, that have been caused by the liner or
its use.
A claim to a new guarantee period is not sub-
stantiated by the subsequent delivery. The
guarantee is invalidated in the event of impro-
per handling and improper application, and
only applies if the customer has purchased
the liner from an OASE dealer. The guarantee
is only valid in Germany.
For Alfafol we issue a separate take-back
guarantee: Alfafol consists of regenerate free
and cadmium free PVC. OASE will also take
back Alfafol liner at no charge for recycling
after the guarantee period, if the Alfafol liner
is delivered by the customer in a cleaned
status to the OASE business premises in Hör-
stel Germany, at customer’s own risk, and at
the customer’s expense.
