Dear OASE trade partner,
OASE always stocks spare parts for at least 5 years, in some cases up to 8 years
from the last production date.
If for economic and/or technical reasons, spare parts delivery within the five years
cited above is not possible, OASE offers an equivalent product or at OASE’s discre-
tion a successor model as product, free of charge.
If repair of the electrical components of an OASE device should be necessary, you can send this device to us for repair, at your own ex-
pense and risk.
In warranty or guarantee cases the repair is free of charge, therefore we decide whether we repair or send an equivalent
part.
Authorised companies can also execute these types of repairs themselves, in compliance with the appropriate VDE guidelines. In this

Repair of electrical devices
I hereby assure that the maintenance / repair on the OASE immersion motor pump or a different electrical
device, type … will be properly and expertly executed, also with due consideration of the prescribed safety
tests in accordance with VDE 0700 T1, T41 and VDE 0701 T 1 and T200.
I am aware that in accordance with the instructions for use specified by OASE, liability on the part of the
manufacturer for damage that occurs due to improper operation or repair, or due to inadequate maintenance
or normal wear (wearing parts), is excluded.
In particular the following requirements in accordance with VDE 0700 T41 paragraph 13, 15, 16 and
27 must be considered.
